Adam and his Guest Hosts chat with Runners of all levels
about their training and race preparation.
What's worked? What hasn't worked? What's sucked?
What's been fun? What's inspired you? Along with several
other wormholes in between.
Honesty and vulnerability are key as the aim of The PRP
is to share genuine stories about setting and accomplishing
difficult goals. From conception, to planning to execution.
Often times, our perspective on what we believe is possible can shift rapidly after we set our minds to a goal and create consistency.
